Auschwitz Turns To Facebook For Help

It was a sad article I read today on Holocaust remembrance day that Auschwitz is in a very poor state of repair and is struggling to raise the funds to keep this vital lesson in history in good condition. As a centre of historic importance it has to be preserved as a reminder and proof of the terrible events that happened there, it is also a monument to the 1.1 million people who were brutally murdered there. I made the trip there my self in 2007, a very emotional experience that will live with me forever. I am glad I went, it is an eerie silent horrible place and at times you physically can not comprehend where you are standing. As a monument it has to exist, it must exist. They now have a Facebook page which they are using as a platform for both remembrance and fund raising purposes. I am putting the link for the Facebook page here.

Bolotix Reports That Dubai Is Sinking

I'm a big believer in karma, and I also believe that if you invested your hard earned money in any of the insanity that Dubai has offered over the last thirteen years then you will get what you deserve. It is a grotesque place full of mind boggling selfishness. If you are wondering what I am talking about then let me enlighten you. Bolotix has found out recently that due to a combination of poor engineering an gross financial problems that the island complex is literally sinking back in to the sea. It has been reported that only Greenland is en-habited, Ireland was bought by a gentleman whom committed suicide when his investment collapsed and as for England the owner of that is serving seven years in jail for fraud. Nice place, nice people eh. Why anyone would want to invest large amounts of personal capital on a holiday resort in the middle east is beyond me, the only thing I can think of is GREED.

Bolotix Say Two Eds Are Better Than One

At Bolotix we have heard that Ed Miliband has said yesterday evening that he has no wishes to repeat the soap opera of the Blair and Brown years. As he drove his message of reform to his new shadow chancellor Ed Balls "whom I hate with every living cell in my body" the Tories must have been pinching themselves with both joy and complete disbelief. Tory deputy chairman Michael Fallon said: "It beggars belief that Ed Balls has been appointed shadow chancellor. The man responsible for Britain's economic mess has returned. The Labour Party has learnt nothing and is now led entirely by Gordon Brown's old team."

Well apart from the absence of one or two people he is absolutely correct. What a mess Labour are now in, right back where they started prior to losing the general election. Way To Go Ed and well done. It is obvious for all to see that Balls has his eye on the number one job, Ed Miliband is the only person that cant see this or is just to plain weak to do anything about it. He probably doesn't want to upset anyone, you know, rock the boat. Like I said in an earlier post this week, after nine months in the top job I expected a lot lot more!

British Airways Cabin Crew To Strike Again

Love a duck It's a good job at Bolotix we don't like flying. Those greedy bastard cabin crew at BA have voted in favour of strike action yet again. It looks like the best paid cabin crew in the sky were not amused at their two year pay freeze, if ever a group of individuals needed a reality check it's this lot. As far as the private sector stands at the moment these guys are lucky to have a freeze, most of us have taken a huge pay cut.

Sideshow Rihanna

That's right folks, she may well be the only girl in the world but you could be forgiven for asking what's her name. I had to do a double take this evening when I saw Rhianna sporting what seems to be a sideshow Bob hair do. It's just a shame that she didn't complete the outfit with some massive boots, you have to give it to the girl she is definitely an innovator of fashion.
See the resemblance?
For me though it isn't one of her better looks, may be if she had gone for the blue Marge or yellow Lisa hair do it might have fared better. My only other concern is that if she carries on with all the dye and chemicals on the old noggin she could end up like poor old Homer.

Imagine That!

Balls Is Back

Ed "vote winner" Balls is to take the fight to the government, he is said to be disgusted that the coalition are trying to repair the damage left behind by the last government. "Our task ahead is to take on George Osborne and David Cameron's decision to cut too far and too fast, recklessly putting jobs and growth at risk," Balls said. Is it me or have the Labour party forgotten that all they left this country was an envelope containing a sarcastic letter saying there was nothing left. How can this   fool even hold this position when it was himself and Calamity Browns handiwork that left this country in complete financial ruin. Can anyone out there explain to me why this man is fit to be in the shadow cabinet? I will say this though, it wont be long now before Ed Miliyawn has gone.

Alan Johnson Resigns As Shadow Chancellor

So Alan has decided to call it a day, shame really as he was one of the more palatable members of the shadow cabinet. Its looking almost certain that Ed Balls "whom I hate with a passion" is to take over the roll. This bunch are getting to be a slimier set up on a daily basis, I wouldn't be at all surprised to see the re appointments of Mandy and Alastair Campbell. Well I for one wish him all the best and hope he sorts his personal affairs out, its just sad to see the decent ones go, James Purnell left with dignity intact as well shame he was stabbed in the back by Dave Miliband.

Obama And The Moon

Old news I know, but congratulations America and thanks Barack for the cancellation of your return to the moon. You are all now better off to the tune of six dollars each. I thought that Socialism / Communism was all but eradicated from your shores! What a shame, like Britain over the last 13 years once everything has supposedly been fairly distributed out you too will have nothing left. What next, the military! You would all have at least thirty dollars a piece for that one. He has to go guys, he's no good.

Ed The Talking Horse

Wow,
Day off today so I treated my self to Prime Ministers Question Time at mid day whilst doing a few household chores. This was the first chance I have had to watch the leader of the opposition Ed Miliband at the despatch box, Dave Cameron I have seen plenty of times before and he did not disappoint. Polished, calculated and well rehearsed he handled everything thrown at him with absolute precision, it made for good viewing. However Ed was a completely different story, nervous shy and borderline pathetic! What have the Labour party done, this man has no charisma, policy or direction. After nine months I must admit I expected more, It is always healthy for any democracy to have a strong opposition but sadly here in the UK it looks like all we have is Pee Wee Herman. I have no doubt that he is there for all the right reasons but how much time as a party are they going to waste before ousting him, not long I hope.
