So Alan has decided to call it a day, shame really as he was one of the more palatable members of the shadow cabinet. Its looking almost certain that Ed Balls "whom I hate with a passion" is to take over the roll. This bunch are getting to be a slimier set up on a daily basis, I wouldn't be at all surprised to see the re appointments of Mandy and Alastair Campbell. Well I for one wish him all the best and hope he sorts his personal affairs out, its just sad to see the decent ones go, James Purnell left with dignity intact as well shame he was stabbed in the back by Dave Miliband.
In the light of what came out today I am feeling sorry for this man, as I said he was one of the better ones. Good luck Alan and I hope things work out for you.
